About Lakeland
Lakeland Community Church is located in Canton, IL. We meet every Sunday on the north side of Canton at 2075 North Main Street. We share a parking lot with Walmart. When you arrive, just park in one of the spots in front of our building.
Our services are typically just over one hour long. We provide individually wrapped snacks and coffee/water. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! We have worship, prayer, bible teaching, and communion (every second Sunday).

Administrative Pastor
Barb Claxton is an administrative/teaching pastor at Lakeland Community Church. She is a certified life coach and the founder of the movement ministry. Barb and her husband Tim enjoy their family: son Seth, daughter-in-law Abby, and grandchildren Macyn and Cameron.
Meet Our Pastors
Kevin Van Tine was one of the founders of Covenant Community Fellowship in 1988. Since then, he has served as our Senior Pastor and continues in that role after our name change. He is married to his wife Jan and has three daughters and six grandchildren.
